Tuition Policy:

* Students sign up for a 4 month, 6 month or 10 month course. However music lessons can be purchased separetaly if a student wishes to receive lessons before the beginning of a course.

* The lessons are fixed appointments and cannot change once they are booked.

* Monies cannot be refunded under any circumstances.

* No lesson booked can be re-arranged or rescheduled.

* Students need to give Grubser's Junior a one month notice before the end of the first course booked. If Grubser's Junior did not receive the written notice on time the course will automatically be renewed.

* In the unlikely and rare case that a tutor cannot attend a lesson a substitute teacher will be arranged or the lesson will be rescheduled if the short notice did not give the possibility to the teacher to hire a substitute teacher.

* In the unlikely case that a tutor cannot teach at Grubser's anymore, the tutor will be replaced by a suitable tutor. If a suitable tutor cannot be found immediately, then the lessons might be postponed until a suitable tutor is in place, but will thereafter continue as per normal.

* If a student cannot attend a lesson due to any reason whatsoever, the lesson will not be made up and no monies shall be deducted or reimbursed.
